Nanjing Spare Composites Co.,Ltd. was established in May 1995, located in Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a technology-based development, production and operation company integrating technology, industry and trade, mainly engaged in technology development of pultruded glass fiber reinforced plastic products, product development and development of special equipment. Our company adopts advanced technology and our products are widely used in petrochemical industry, construction engineering, transportation and communication, cooling equipment. Marine engineering and other industries, exported to the United States, the European Union, the Middle East, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries and all over the country. The development strategy of our company is to occupy the market with high-tech products and reasonable prices, and to gain trust from the market with excellent product quality and perfect after-sales service. For this reason, our company has increased the investment in technology and widely introduced various senior talents.
The company’s factory covers an area of 47,000 square meters, of which the Nanjing factory covers an area of 27,000 square meters and the construction area is 36,000 square meters; the Yizheng factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and the construction area is more than 18,000 square meters. The total number of employees in the company is about 300, and there are more than 40 professional technicians. The company has a total of 40 professional pultrusion production lines of various specifications, as well as supporting overmolding equipment, molding equipment, cutting and processing equipment, etc. It also has a complete laboratory and advanced testing equipment.
In 1996, the company was awarded “Advanced Unit”, and in 1997, the new series of products produced by the company were recommended as “Jiangsu Excellent Science and Technology Products”, and in 1998, the company has been listed as “High and New Technology Enterprise”. “In 1999, our company’s pultruded FRP electric bridge was listed as “1999 National Torch Plan Project”, and in the same year, our company’s pultruded FRP electric bridge was listed as “1999 National Torch Plan Project”. From 2000 to 2010, we were awarded “Scientific Progress Award” at district level every year, and from 2010 to 2022, we were awarded “Contract and Credit” every year. “In 2014, the company was evaluated as “Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise” at the municipal level. The national standard that the company compiled was awarded the Standard Innovation Award in 2015.
There are five core teams in the company, which are commercial, technical, production, management and quality control teams.
The commercial team is mainly responsible for developing domestic and foreign customers, business negotiation, customer maintenance and promotion of the company.
The technical team is mainly responsible for researching the technical parameters of FRP profiles, designing composite products for customers, and developing new products.
The production team is mainly responsible for the production of various FRP profile products.
The management team is mainly responsible for the development of the company’s systems and management, maintaining the stability of the company and promoting the better development of the company.
The quality inspection team is mainly responsible for the quality inspection of the products, any product is only released through the professional inspection of the quality inspection team.
We can design resin systems to meet a variety of customer requirements. Some specific customer requirements may include high temperature, corrosive environments, ultraviolet (UV) resistance, insulation, high flexural modulus, high strength, and of course, low cost.
Our current resin systems include unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane products.
