As an auxiliary material for vacuum insulation panels, adsorbents can adsorb excess gases generated by material bleeding or infiltration, maintain the vacuum inside the panel, and extend the service life of the vacuum insulation panel. Currently, the main adsorption materials used are desiccants and non evaporable adsorbents.
