Mineral processing plant design

Engineering design of mineral processing plant involves the use of physical and chemical methods to economically and effectively separate useful minerals and gangue or impurities from ores or other raw materials, in order to meet the product requirements of smelters or other users.

Design scale and product plan, process flow, design indicators, work system and equipment operating rate, equipment selection, production testing, automation, storage facilities, maintenance equipment and facilities, workshop composition, factory building, equipment configuration, production safety and environmental protection, as well as engineering budget, technical and economic indicators, etc.

Engineering design of mineral processing plant is divided into feasibility study report stage, preliminary design stage, and construction drawing design stage according to the construction process of the beneficiation plant.
