Introduction:
KJD-DA type gas-liquid roll suction duster after purification of the air cleanliness is high, the specific environment can realize the indoor workplace dust purification directly indoor emission standards, indoor emissions in the winter, the process of dedusting will not produce the loss of indoor heat, especially suitable for cold regions of the dust purification treatment of the plant.
Composition of equipment:
Air-liquid coil suction dust collector is composed of shell, fan, air duct, automatic sewage system, automatic liquid level control system, dewatering device, and automatic rinsing system.
Working Principle:
This equipment adopts a specific form of mechanical structure, so that the dust-containing gas flow on the purifying liquid to form a volume suction effect, to realize the purification of dust, through the gas-liquid channel regulation, gas-liquid separation design and liquid level stability adjustment and other technological innovations, to achieve the purifier operation process of gas-liquid two-phase competition and coordination and alternately give way to block the formation of the gas-liquid coupling process of the escape channel of fine dust to enhance the gas-liquid phase of the volume suction process, effectively enhance the liquid phase of the gas-liquid phase. Volume suction process, effectively enhance the purification effect of the purifier on fine dust purification, to achieve the purpose of “clean dust”.

Wet dust collector and air washer (KJD-BB)

Wet dust collector and air washer (KJD-BB) is a combination of wet dust collector and cyclone dust collector, giving full play to the advantages of both. In the cyclone process, the presence of liquid droplets, water film and air bubbles increases the chance of capturing dust and effectively prevents secondary dust raising. The liquid droplets that have captured dust are easier to remove under the action of cyclone, effectively reducing the water content in the gas, thus realizing a significant increase in dust removal efficiency.

Wet high efficiency dust catcher (KJD-BA)
Advantages:
1, high dust removal efficiency: BB series products of dust removal efficiency, generally more than 96%, in the dust hydrophilicity is not good or fine dust, sometimes the dust removal efficiency will be lowered to 92% or so. BA series products of the dust removal efficiency can generally reach more than 99%; in the unfavorable working conditions, it can also generally reach more than 98%. Because the dust removal effect of BA series is good, in general working conditions, BA series can be discharged indoors (except for the worse working conditions).
2、Good dewatering effect: BB series adopts cyclone plate dewatering, with limited dewatering efficiency; while BA series adopts high-efficiency dewatering device, the dewatering efficiency is greatly improved, and in general, no obvious water mist can be observed by naked eyes.
