Correct use of plastic pallets:

1. The tray should avoid exposure to sunlight to avoid aging and shorten the service life.

2. It is strictly forbidden to throw the goods into the pallet from a height. Reasonably
determine how the goods are stacked in the pallet. Place the goods evenly, don’t stack
them together, or stack them eccentrically. The pallet carrying heavy objects should be
placed on a flat ground or surface.

3. It is strictly forbidden to throw the tray down from a high place to avoid breaking and
cracking of the tray due to violent impact.

4. When working with forklifts or manual hydraulic trucks, the fork spurs should be as
close as possible to the outside of the fork holes of the pallet. The fork spurs should all
extend into the pallet. The angle can be changed after the pallet is steadily lifted. The
spurs should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid breaking or cracking the pallet.

5. When the pallet is on the shelf, the shelf-type pallet must be used. The carrying capacity
is determined by the shelf structure, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
