Sand casting

Keboer Castings specializes in the following sand casting processes:
Resin sand casting: The use of resin as a binder, mixed with sand to form sand mold. Resin sand casting mold low cost, suitable for large and complex castings, generally used in machine tools, lathes, large mechanical bases.
Coated sand casting: the sand is pre-covered with thermosetting resin to make coated sand, which is hardened after heating. Coated sand has high strength and good precision, which is suitable for complex, thin-wall and high requirements of casting production, but the mold cost is high, and it is often used for the production of small and medium-sized castings and precision castings. The above is the casting method we are good at, with mature and stable production technology and technical workers.
