This Test Equipment is Suitable for:

This tester is used for the inspection of electrical products with IEC (IP Supplementary Code Enhanced Test), and is manufactured according to the specifications in DIN 40050. We also have other models that meet different specifications of different countries for customers to choose from. 9K: water pressure: 8000 ~ 10000kPa, water temperature 80ºC ± 5ºC protection, in 30 degree increments (four high-pressure nozzles: 0, 30, 60 and 90 degrees), in each angle for 30 seconds, a total of 120 seconds (2 minutes).

5.Flow (pressure) and Time Control Systems

5.1 Working Method

High-pressure pump → tee → nozzle and balance pressure outlet → electromagnetic flow meter (pressure gauge, 100 bar) → divided into four ways (each controlled by solenoid valve, solenoid valve by setting time → controlled by controller) → in 30 degrees of angle progression (four high-pressure nozzles: 0, 30, 60 and 90 degrees), in each angle for 30 seconds, a total of 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycle work.

6.Water Temperature Heating System

6.1 Working Method

BT(H)C balance temperature regulation mode.

When the water temperature is lower than 80±5℃ after the hot vapor flushing test on the specimen by the nozzle and back to the water tank, the heating system of the water tank is automatically heated (4KW) to maintain the water temperature at 80±5℃ in a short time to ensure the normal cycle operation of the water temperature of the test. Touch screen controller can be set to display the temperature of water.
