1. It is equipped with an original imported 7.0-inch 800*480-pixel true-color TFT-LCD large-screen color display. The keyboard adopts a human-sensing touch screen. The operation interface is fully in Chinese. The software interface is intuitive and elegant, with rich content. The operation content is convenient and flexible. There are Chinese character prompts. It is flexible and has a high detection sensitivity threshold, simple operation, fast testing speed, and good repeatability.
2. The instrument has the functions of storing test results, printing, and calculation. The sample measurement process is automatically controlled by the instrument. Stirring and measurement take about 60 seconds to complete automatically and the measurement results are directly displayed. The full-sealed titration bottle is used to avoid contact of reagents with people and also to avoid the influence of environmental humidity. The instrument has a Chinese LCD display and has automatic calculation and printing functions. It can print out contents such as percentage content, sample number, tester, and experiment date. The instrument’s accuracy is as follows: ① When the water content is less than 10 micrograms of water, the measurement error is less than 2 micrograms of water; ② When the water content is between 10 micrograms and 1000 micrograms of water, the measurement error is ≤ 2 micrograms of water; ③ When the water content is above 1000 micrograms, the measurement error is ≤ 0.2% (excluding the injection error).
3. The core host uses the TI company’s AM3354 processor, with a Cortex-A8 core and a 1GHz main frequency. The operating system uses Windows Embedded Compact 7 real-time industrial control system. It completely eliminates the single-chip microcomputer without a core or operation, truly realizing the modernization of instrument operation, and enabling the instrument to enter a new intelligent era.
