The tape initial tack tester is suitable for pressure-sensitive tape, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films and other production industries to conduct initial tack testing of related products.
Testing Principle:
Use the inclined ball rolling method. The initial tack of the sample is tested by the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel ball when there is brief contact between the steel ball and the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive tape sample with a small pressure.
How to Use:
Place the test piece with the adhesive side facing up on a test plate tilted at 30 degrees. Take the largest steel balls and roll them down freely in order. Record the number of balls that can stick to the test piece for more than 5 seconds.
