  1. The main introduction of the impact machine
  2. Working platform: High strength imported aluminium alloy working platform.
  3. Lifting mechanism: motor driven ball screw lifts the working platform.
  4. Lifting height control: The lifting height is measured by the photoelectric encoder assembly installed on the base, the photoelectric encoder measurement has high precision, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability, which ensures the repeatability of the impact.
  5. Braking system: using pneumatic brake and strong friction brake to prevent secondary impact braking function, preventing secondary rebound

Waveform generators

Half-sine waveform generators are mainly manufactured from engineered rubber or wool felt. It consists of a variety of different thicknesses connected in series with each other to form a variety of stiffnesses and achieve different impact pulse widths.  

 

Safety devices

  Emergency stop switch: cuts the circuit in case of emergency by forcibly disconnecting the contact fuse of the action mechanism, etc.

 

Impact measurement system introduction and features

  The system complies with MIL-STD-810, GJB-150-18-86 and IEC68-2-27 standards. With its accurate and fast shock waveform capture capability and sampling rates of up to 1 MHz, you no longer have to worry about even very narrow shock events being missed.

  It is also an integrated solution, so you don’t have to be busy with waveform viewing and recording – it can go from capturing shock events to generating reports, and more importantly, it provides you with shock response spectrum (SRS) analysis to help you effectively assess the potential damage to real systems from shock pulses. Finally, supplementary analysis of force deformation, impact response and more can help you to understand the impact results in more detail.
