ZL-5027 Microcomputer Controlled Four-Ball Friction Testing Machine

This machine mainly evaluates the load-bearing capacity of lubricants in the form of sliding friction under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. It includes three indicators: maximum non-seizure load PB, sintering load PD, and comprehensive wear value ZMZ. This machine can also perform long-term anti-wear testing of lubricants, measure friction coefficient, and record friction force and temperature curves.

Working Conditions:

  1. a) Room temperature within the range of 10~35℃;
  2. b) Relative humidity is not greater than 80%;
  3. c) In an environment without vibration, corrosive media and strong electromagnetic field interference;
  4. d) The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage, the fluctuation range of the frequency should not exceed 2% of the rated frequency, and the unbalanced voltage of the three-phase voltage should not exceed 10V;

Functions of Measurement and Control System and Test Software:

Implement test methods such as national standard GB/T12583-1998 (lubricant extreme pressure performance measurement method), ZB E 34007-87 (four-ball anti-wear test method);

Friction force, peak value and load, the accuracy is ±1% of the indication value starting at 20% of each range, and can be automatically calibrated;

Real-time display of motor revolutions (speed) and test duration;

It has multiple protection functions: friction, load, motor rotation, etc.;

Real-time recording of friction force-time and load-time test curves, high-speed sampling;

The variable structure PID control algorithm is used to adjust the loading process, the constant speed control error is ≤5%, and the pressure holding control error is ≤0.5%;

When the test force is greater than a certain upper limit, the system will automatically enter overload protection and take certain measures in time to ensure the safety of the testing machine;

The test data adopts data file management method, which can save all test data and curves, and print the test report format to meet the national standard requirements.
