Introduction:

The main machine is four columns, two screws, and the cylinder is under the type, the tensile space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam of the main machine and the working table. The force measuring instrument adopts high-definition liquid crystal display, the experimental data is convenient and intuitive.

Transmission system

The lower beam is lifted by motor through reducer, chain drive mechanism and screw vice drive to realize the adjustment of stretching and compressing space.

Third, the hydraulic system

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the oil circuit through the high pressure pump driven by the motor, flows through the high pressure oil filter, sends back the oil valve and enters the oil cylinder. The force measuring instrument collects and analyzes the data through the sensor, and displays the hourly force value. The tester controls the flow rate through the oil feeding valve to realize the fast and slow test force rate.

Manually adjusts the oil feeding and returning valve, with simple and flexible operation;

Safety Protection Device

When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, the overload protection, the oil pump motor shutdown.

When the piston rises to the upper limit position, limit protection, the oil pump motor stops.

When the beam descends to the set position, the limit protection and the reducer will stop.
