Operating Procedures for Luggage Drop Test Machine (Double Wing)

1. Turn on the power switch and the power light is on (at this time, personnel without professional training are strictly prohibited from entering the yellow warning line to do any relevant test operations, which is very dangerous). Check whether the two wing panels are in the horizontal position, otherwise use the hand panel to the horizontal position;
2. Place the test sample on the two wing plates and fix it with clamps; everyone stands outside the safety line.
3. Press the rise button lightly to raise the two wing panels to the required test height, and then press the stop button to stop the rise;
4. Press the drop button, the test item will fall freely, the test is completed, and the condition of the sample after the drop test will be recorded;
5. Test other products according to the above 2~4 test methods, and conduct free drop test according to the required faces, corners and edges.
6. Note: No one is allowed to stand on the workbench during the drop test! (Danger)
